As its product are only sold to the trade, the company plays a role in determining design direction for the industry. These interiors are then featured in design magazines, where the brands Quadrille, China Seas, Alan Campbell, and Home Couture are credited in editorials.

Support from leading designers has been strongs since the beginning, although the designers themselves have changed. As a company known for supplying only the highest quality products, its brands have found acceptance continuously for almost 40 years. John S. Knott, Quadrille’s current owner and principal designer, joined the company in 1984 and has been responsible for its design direction since then.
